The proof can be copy of a utility bill that shows your name, or it could be a State-issued ID card or driver's license whose address matches your current address.

What sorts of Two-Way Paging Devices can you get with your voucher? The choice largely depends on you. The device must have texting capabilities. Examples would be Apple iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 2; Sprint HTC EVO 4G, Samsung Epic 4G; T-Mobile MyTouch 4G; Blackberry phones from all carriers. Many phones from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boostmobile and others will qualify. Be sure to let us know the phone you are interested in, and from which carrier. We will take it from there.
